Phone coaching can be a powerful tool for moving you forward in things that are meaningful in your life. Often times, when we're stuck and can't move forward on something, it's because we are too close to the issue. It's that old saying, "you can't see the forest for the trees."

As an open-minded, creative thinker, and a resourceful person, I can be very helpful in seeing through situations, suggesting, and guiding you towards your intended goal. Coaching sessions are friendly but intense. It's not just a chat or a gripe session. We will get right to what it is that you would like to work on, explore possible directions and solutions, then make agreements as to what you will do/be by the next coaching call.

It's the last part that really makes the difference. I love ideas, they can be wonderful, shining things that we hold in our mind's eye. But without ACTION, they are just words with nothing behind them. The process for making things real in your life has always been, THOUGHT... WORD...and DEED. We THINK it, we SAY it in words to someone who will be watching us, then we GET TO WORK. It has been said that, "Opportunity usually arrives wearing work clothes."

When you meet with me for a phone coaching session we will;

1. Discuss what it is that you most want to create.

2. Discuss possibilities.

3. Develop ACTION steps.

4. COMMIT to taking certain actions THAT YOU CHOOSE by the time we meet again. It's this step that makes it happen. There's something about committing to a coach that you are going to do what you said you are going to do that PULLS you towards the accomplishment of that statement. I know this works because I have had several coaches over the years. If anything, it gets you into the habit of doing what you said you would do, just because you said you would. It's a great way to build your accountability and credibility.

5. It is vital that you keep notes of our sessions. I'll be taking notes. Taking notes and thinking on paper sharpens the mind and allows your thinker to stay focused on the situation at hand. When you write down ideas and perspectives, you don't have to be concerned about remembering them. Ideas are like slippery fish. If you don't gaff them with the point of a pencil, they WILL get away!

6. Since you will be committing to ACTION STEPS by the time we meet again, several sessions will be needed. At least 6 to 10 sessions will be needed, but that depends on what you are attempting to accomplish. Otherwise all that we did was have an interesting conversation. What we are intending to do with your coaching sessions is to break you out of old patterns of stuckness. That's the problem with taking seminars, and most good seminar leaders will tell you that you need to KEEP AT IT for AT LEAST 21 days for the new information to have any lasting effect. Otherwise, the seminar was just a fun experience.

Human beings have a love-hate relationship with our "ruts." We love them because they're kind of comfortable, but we hate them because, well, IT'S A RUT! And they say that a rut is nothing more than a grave with both ends kicked out! That's a joke, but it's painfully true.

Fees for public speaking start at $100 for a 1-hour talk within a 50 mile radius of Medford, NJ. 2 hour presentations as well as full day workshops are available and can be based on any chapter topic in my book. Each talk or workshop will include a question and answer session. I will travel or fly to your location. Travel and accommodation expenses are extra.
