Or The Blue Pill???

No, this isn’t a Matrix movie fan page. It is a deep, probing question and an invitation.

Do you really want to know what’s going on in the world... or would you rather stay in the dream of what’s presented to us through the media?

Part of being spiritually awake is seeing and acknowledging “what is.” We live in a world of illusions and untruths. They are so much a part of the fabric of our way of life, we aren’t even aware of what’s going on. Thomas Paine was painfully correct when he said, “It is impossible to calculate the moral mischief that mental lying has produced in society.” By the way, what I'm talking about here isn't a new problem. If it was, then Paine wouldn't have written those words in the late 1700s.

Being a liberal, I am not a fan of talk radio. I find it to be fear driven and closed minded. But I do listen on occasion just to hear what’s being said because I want to know how people are thinking. There is no such thing as “liberal” talk radio because liberals tend to seek out information and form their own conclusions. But I have found a new information source that has the potential to really WAKE PEOPLE UP. And that’s what this site is all about.

I can no longer accept what’s going on on the TV screen and ignore the little man behind the curtain. (Way to go Toto! Good dog!) It doesn’t work for me anymore. The source I have discovered is the Jeff Rense Show. Jeff broadcasts live every evening from 10pm to 1am and you can listen over the internet. There is also a HUGE archive section that you can listen to FOR FREE.

Jeff Rense is a very low-key, soft spoken man. He doesn’t rant, rave, or thump his shoe on the table. He’s a very smart person and his guests have extraordinary credentials. He’s not a Democrat or a Republican. He’s probably more of a Libertarian, but not quite.

Some of the things you will hear will astound you, amaze you, surprise you, upset you, anger you, give you an “ah-ha”, or an “oh no” experience. But what you hear WILL make you think. It will be like taking the RED PILL because once you know what’s going on, you will not... you can not be the same.

For me, I’d rather be awake and know. Every time I listen to his show, I come away knowing a little more that I did before, and often times, a lot more than I did before.
