Amazing Crop Circle Images
That Will Make You Wonder

What an interesting thing. Most people just scoff and say, "nonsense." Crop circles and now actual images have been reported all over the world, but most seem to show up in England. That's where these images came from. All of the circles are big, and some are huge, measuring as much as 600 feet in diameter, slightly less than 1/8th of a mile, or the size of two football fields. These images are from 2001, but the latest images are even more elaborate.

Personally, I really don't know what to make of them. However, their symmetry is beautiful. Over the years, some were obviously hoaxes. You can tell because they are crooked and sloppy. But most are amazingly precise. Here are a few things to consider. Because of their size and the fact that they make no sense from ground level, it would be very easy to get it wrong. If the wheat is crushed down wrong, there's no correcting it. There are never any signs of footprints. Many have shown up after a hard nights rain, and wet wheat fields are very muddy and very unpleasant places to be.

August 2001

This image shows the same radio telescope facility, exactly one year later, August 15th, 2001. Several things are strange. First, there are two images and, actually, these aren't circles, they are gliphs. The one on the left is very similar to the Aercebo graphic that Carl Sagan and company sent into outer space towards star cluster M13 back in 1975. The graphic that was sent was called the Aercebo Message because it was sent via the Aercebo Radio Telescope in Jamaica. You can see the Aercebo Telescope in the movie "Contact." The binary code "graphic" is a calling card to the stars that gives information about who we are.

This glyph is similar, but has interesting differences that indicate that it "might" be an answer. This is very far-out and somewhat complicated. That's right, a face. But it's made up like a coarse screen newspaper photo with big dots. From the ground, it makes no sense. It only looks like a face from the air.

What does it mean? They are still sorting it out. Was it a hoax? If so, it is the most elaborate crop circle / glyph ever made. But consider these two facts. There was a heavy rain the night before these images showed up. And, the video surveillance cameras that look out over the field from the radio telescope showed nothing that night. No cars or trucks, no flashlights. If a person or a group made these, they did it in total darkness in the heavy rain. Hmmm... Here's the "face" image that's in the upper part of the above image.

The above image is from looking straight down. To better see the image, squint your eyes. Of course the BIG question is, "What does it mean?" Some feel that it's a cosmic calling card. It's pretty wild that these two images showed up on the same morning after a rain storm the night before. Another interesting thing is that the pushed down wheat wasn't "crushed" like it would have been if it had been made by using a flat piece of plywood. The pushed down wheat was "woven." Even if this was hoaxed, it was damn good work.
