FIRST INSIGHT
The First Insight occurs when we become aware of the coincidences in our lives.
These coincidences are happening more and more frequently and that, when they do, they strike us as beyond what would be expected by pure chance. They feel destined.
The First Insight also mentions an increased sense of restlessness among people. A sense that there is more to life that just more stuff.
In essence, the First Insight directs us to be aware of and act on what at first might seem to be just a coincidence. What at first seems like just a coincidence, is really the Universe attempting to get our attention.
SECOND INSIGHT
The effect of the Second Insight is to provide a new kind of historical perspective, at least from the point of view of western thought.
It says that at the close of the second millennium - that's now - we will be able to see the entire period of history as a whole, and we will identify a particular preoccupation that developed that developed during the later half of this millennium, in what has been called the Modern Age.
"And that's what we did. Four centuries ago! We shook off our feelings of being lost by taking matters into our own hands, by focusing on conquering the Earth and using its resources to better our situation
Our focus gradually became preoccupied. We totally lost ourselves in creating a secular security, an economic security, to replace the spiritual one we had lost. The question of why we are alive, of what was actually going on here spiritually, was slowly pushed aside and repressed altogether.
THIRD INSIGHT
Quantum Physics has begun to change our understanding of the Universe. It says that we humans will learn to perceive what was formerly an invisible type of energy. In other words, the basic stuff of the universe, at its core, is looking like a kind of pure energy that is malleable to human intention and expectation in a way that defies our old mechanistic model of the universe - as though our expectation itself causes our energy to flow out into the world and effect other energy systems. The Third Insight is that the universe on a whole is made up of this energy, and we can effect not only plants but other things as well, just by what we do with the energy that belongs to us, the part we can control.
FOURTH INSIGHT
How humans compete for energy because we have been disconnected from the larger source of energy. Often we have cut ourselves off, and have felt weak and insecure and lacking.
In the face of this deficit, we humans have always sought to increase our energy in the only manor we have known: by seeking to psychologically steal it from others - an unconscious competition that underlies all human conflict in the world
All this is still unconscious in most people. All we know is that we feel weak, and when we control others we feel better. What we don't realize is that this sense of feeling better costs the other person. It is their energy that we have stolen. Most people go through their lives in constant hunt for someone else's energy.
Occasionally, another person will voluntarily want us to define their situation for them, giving us their energy outright. It makes us feel empowered, but you will see that this gift usually doesn't last long. That's why most relationships usually turn into power struggles. Humans link up with energy, then fight over who is going to control it. And the loser always pays the price.
Understanding the Fourth Insight, it said, is a matter of seeing the human world as a vast competition, and thus for power. Understanding this is the beginning of transforming this habit.
FIFTH INSIGHT
This insight is about understanding our unique control dramas. To do this, we must look back at our early childhood experiences to find the roots of our control dramas. Once this is understood, we can begin to connect with higher energies instead of connecting with other people's energy. Recognizing your unique control drama is the first step towards breaking the pattern of struggling with others for our energy needs. Then we are in a much clearer position to see alternatives for energy.

SIXTH INSIGHT
Look to see the higher perspective of your life events and wake up to who you really are and what your mission on this Earth REALLY is.
Clearing the past is a precise process of becoming aware of our individual ways controlling that we learned from childhood. Once we transcend these old habits can find our higher selves.
Looking at your life as one LONG story, enables you to see your path.
SEVENTH INSIGHT
The Seventh Insight deals with STAYING ALERT to every coincidence and every answer that the Universe provides to you.
Pay attention to day dreams and thoughts that seem to just "pop-up". They relate and connect to your life meaning.
After you bring awareness to your thoughts, ask yourself, “What does this mean?”
Taking an observer's position will help release our need to control everything. Then intuit your way to the answer. If fearful images arise, halt them as soon as you notice them by saying, "CANCEL - CANCEL" and then focus your next thought on ANYTHING positive. Do not allow yourself the luxury of wallowing in dark imaginings of the mind.
EIGHTH INSIGHT
Be observant of who you talk to and how your energy flows. If you extend energy into your conversations, your supply WILL be replenished. Look for answers that others may be unconsciously providing you.
Name and break other people's control dramas.
Be aware of HOW you relate to others, especially children. They WILL pick up and be aware of your energy. The worst thing that can be done to a child is to drain them of their energy when correcting them. This aids in the creation of THEIR control dramas that they'll later on have to work through. We should never have more children than we can pay attention to. We should always find a way to tell them the truth.
Consciously give your energy in conversations with others, they will feel this and be more of themselves. When they are being more of who they are, they will provide YOU with the answers and insights that your are looking for.
NINTH INSIGHT
By the year 2500, most humans will rely on and be guided by their intuitions. We will intuit precisely what to do, when to do it and in what way is harmonious with our surroundings. Human "wills" will work together in order to propel and create Heaven on Earth.
Money will cease to be a medium for the exchange of energy. We will be compensated for our insights and for our guiding and helping others with their higher understanding. This aspect of the Ninth Insight is already happening.
We will continue with our natural state of happiness throughout the vast majority of our experience of life.
How To Pull In Universal Energy
1. Relax and gently follow your breath until you feel centered and grounded.
2. Focus on the environment around you.
3. Remember the way things look when you are seeing energy patterns.
4. Experience the feeling of closeness... of connection... then begin to breath that experience in.
5. Take in gentle but deep breaths... holding each for at least 5 seconds.
6. Let the Universe fill you like a balloon.
7. Begin to see that LOVE is the background emotion of the Universe that exists when one is connected to the Universal Energy of God.
8. Hold the experience of Love as the background emotion of the Universe until it feels like you have had enough and it is time to re-enter this world.
9. Then have a gentle landing back into your body and this awareness.
The Effects Of The Insights
The Insights can wake an individual up to this mysterious world that provides everything we need. if we get clear and get on the path.
To stay on our evolutionary path, we must keep our current life questions in front of our thinking, stay alert, manage our energy, remember Love, and stay awake for longer and longer periods.
In total, the Nine Insights invite all of us to a higher level of AWARENESS.
The Insights provide us with a framework to live as the CAUSE of our life’s events RATHER than living at the effects of life’s events.
